Terms and Conditions
General Terms Concerning the Villas
The following terms are valid for the most of the villas. For special terms you will be informed inside each villas description.
Services Included
- welcome pack
- cleaning service every 3 days
- linen and towels change every 3 days
- pool and garden maintenance every 3 days
- natural amenities
- free wireless internet
- all taxes, services and usage of air-condition
Check-in / Check out times
– check-in: 16:00pm or later (early check-in subject to availability)
– check-out: by 11:00am (late check-out subject to availability)
Payment terms
- A 40% deposit is required upon confirmation.
- Balance to be paid four weeks prior to your arrival.
- If the balance is not received four weeks prior to your arrival, we maintain the right to cancel your booking.
Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations 45 days or more before arrival you will get full refund.
- For cancellations from 4 weeks before arrival to the day of check-in (no-shows), the cancellation fee is 50 % of the total reservation cost.
- For cancellations from 2 weeks before arrival and in case of no-show, the cancellation fee is 100 % of the total reservation cost.
