Villa Zeus

Villa Zeus is located in Chania, in the area of Vlites Souda. It is a maisonette on three levels built on an area of 4,000 sq.m. with a 78 sq.m. ecological salt pool, garden-lawn, garage, barbecue, wood-burning oven, garden with vegetables, herbs, vineyard, (all organic) stone fencing and absolute privacy. It is only 200 meters from the beach of Vlite.

House: Can accommodate 14 people. It consists of ground floor, 1st and 2nd level, which communicate internally with each other. It consists of 7 bedrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens.
Ground floor:
Consists of :

3 bedrooms (a) 1 mini suite with double bed, four-leaf wardrobe, living room and bathroom b) 1 bedroom with double bed and five-leaf wardrobe c) 1 bedroom with 2 semi-double beds and eight-leaf wardrobe).
All bedrooms have air conditioning, TV (satellite), wardrobes.
2 bathrooms (1 bathroom is in the bedroom on the ground floor with the living room). Bathrooms have showers. Solar hot water (24 hours a day).
Kitchen-living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator that provides water and ice, ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, toaster, wine cooler and all the necessary household equipment for 6 people. Dining table for 6 people.

1st level:
It consists of a 25 sq.m living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe, bedroom and bathroom, more specifically:

Living room. The living room consists of a large sofa, granite floor, 50′ plasma TV, air conditioning.
dinning room. The dining room is located between the living room and the kitchen and seats 14 people. It has air conditioning
Kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with cupboards with mechanisms, a refrigerator that provides water and ice, a stove with ceramic hobs, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher (all built-in), a filter coffee maker and an espresso coffee maker, a wine cooler and full household equipment for 14 people .
Bedroom. The bedroom consists of a double bed, with bedside tables, four-leaf wardrobe, plasma TV and air conditioning.
Bathroom. The bathroom has a shower and solar hot water (24 hours a day)

2nd level:

3 bedrooms: a) 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe b) 1 bedroom with double bed and six-leaf wardrobe c) 1 bedroom with double bed and four-leaf wardrobe). All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning, plasma TV.
3 bathrooms: the bathrooms have showers and solar hot water (24 hours a day). The 1 bathroom also has a shower and a bathtub with hydromassage.

Exterior:

Swimming pool: the swimming pool has an area of 78 sq.m., ecological with salt. Sunbeds for 14 people are available.
Barbecue: special area with barbecue grill and wood oven.
Dining room for 14 people
Garden: 4,000 m2 garden with lawn, palm trees, cypress trees, rock gardens, flower arrangements.
