Our private villa is ideal for couples, honeymooners, families, and anyone seeking relaxation in a serene natural setting. It is also perfectly suited for outdoor activities such as cycling, mountain biking, hiking, and climbing.

Recently renovated, the villa blends traditional materials like wood and stone with modern architectural design. It features a variety of handcrafted furniture and custom-built elements, both indoors and outdoors.

The Space

The villa is a two-story building made up of two separate apartments, rented together as a single property.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a 28-inch flat-screen TV and air conditioning for both cooling and heating. The bed measures 160 × 200 cm. A second bedroom includes two single beds (90 × 200 cm each), which can be combined into a queen-size bed, along with air conditioning and a TV. This floor also includes a living area with a small kitchen and an additional bathroom.

The first floor features another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and air conditioning. There is also a living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed (140 × 183 cm when opened), as well as a 55-inch flat-screen TV. A dining area is connected to the living space, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, French coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and refrigerator (one on each floor). All windows are fitted with insect screens.

Outside, guests can enjoy a spacious courtyard with a dining area, a private 40 sq.m. swimming pool, sun loungers, a BBQ area, on-site parking, a balcony, and an outdoor shower.

The villa is set on a 4,500 sq.m. plot, which includes a path leading to a river that flows during the winter months.

It is conveniently located between Chania (34 km / approx. 23 minutes by car) and Rethymnon (28 km / approx. 20 minutes). Nearby access to the national road makes it easy to reach major cities such as Heraklion, as well as the southern coast, including Chora Sfakion, Frangokastelo, Plakias, and Preveli, along with many beautiful beaches.

The villa is just 2 km from the village of Vryses, where you’ll find supermarkets, taverns, cafés, a bakery, pharmacy, gas station, and ATM.
